Account Executive


Position Overview

MicroIntegration is looking to fill two vacancies and grow our Sales team. We are looking for experienced technology sales consultants that are self-starters and can bring a proven track record in technology solution sales and consulting to MicroIntegration.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Meet or exceed your assigned sales budget each month
  • Prospect through various means to generate sales revenue based on the MI products and services
  • Consistently delivery key performance indicating activities each month to drive sales forecast and pipeline growth
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings between MI technical resources and prospect decision makers for the purpose of generating new sales revenue
  • Maintain various sales certifications as identified by industry partners
  • Maintain, on a daily basis, notes, activities, sales opportunities and all other noteworthy information in the MI CRM software application
  • Participate in company sponsored training and maintain, on your own accord, detailed knowledge of MI products and services
  • Provide clear communication both written and verbal to customers as required: keeping them informed of proposal progress and notifying them of impending changes or delays
  • Work with the MI pre-sales and support teams to ensure proper translation of client/prospect requirements
  • Be willing to invest time in technical sales education (critical for properly supporting clients)
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • College degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Microsoft, Citrix, or other Technical Certifications are a plus
